5 step process!
Step 1
Grind the top layer of concrete off to get to fresh smooth concrete. This allows the Epoxy and Crack filler to fully bond to the surface.
Step 2
Fill hairline cracks with a 2 part crack filler to ensure a uniform finish across the floor.
Step 3
Install E100-PT4-Pigmented Epoxy. This is the base color of the finished floor that was selected.
Step 4
Time to throw the flake! This finishes the colors to what was selected, and provides a texture that helps make the surface less slippery.
Step 5
Install Citadel UL-80 Polyaspartic Gloss Top Coat. This is a hard protective coating, and is UV stable. This is the final step to ensure a flooring system that will wear and look beautiful for years to come.
