Meet Our Team

Daniel J. Alt

Owner

I started my first general contracting company in 2008 and ran that company for 5 years, where I learned a lot about the industry.

With 2 babies born within the same year, it was time to join a company with an established team. I became a project manager at a local, high end, design build firm, where I spent the next 3 years working with that amazing team who helped me fine-tune my craft.

In October of 2016, LSL Finishes was born! I am proud of how we have grown from a painting and flooring business to a full service design and build firm.

Aaron Patterson

Production Manager

Meet Aaron Patterson! He is our Production Manager.

Aaron started his career in construction as a tile setter and floor layer. He then went on to run his own general contracting company. He has been in his current role here for 5 years.

With over 26 years of experience in construction, he is a valuable asset, managing the details of our in house employees and sub-contractors, making sure every aspect of your project comes together as planned.

Anna Alt

Co-Founder

Anna Alt is our outside sales associate here at LSL Finishes! She has been with us since the beginning and is a huge part of our success.

Anna is a community partner with the businesses and organizations she works alongside. You’ll rarely find her behind a desk as she loves to network and meet people, learning what they do and what drives them.

Her passion is making connections and supporting local businesses through referrals. Connecting, creating and producing describes her best.
